Having had dogs most of my life I know how hard it can be to find someone you truly trust to look after your dog when you can’t be there for them.
For many years I have enjoyed the privilege of being the go to person for so many of my family and friends when they need their dogs taken care of for them, and I just love being around dogs, so I decided to set up on a professional footing so that I can now devote myself full time to welcoming doggy guests into my home.
I take pride in making sure that the dogs entrusted to me are made to feel safe and secure and enjoy an enriching experience with plenty of exercise and stimulation appropriate to their age and needs.
We’re based in Forest Green at the foot of the Surrey Hills, where there are miles of wonderful walks, out on the open tracks in the sunshine or under the shade and shelter of the forest. Having lived here for twenty years I know the hills (and coffee stops) so well and can always find a walk or outing to suit.
At home in the garden there are places for doggy guests to find a spot for sunbathing or a shady spot on a hot day. The garden has three main areas with space for playing on the lawn and lots of interesting areas for sniffs and exploring.
Indoors has great natural light and a variety of places for a snooze, from a spot under a table to dog friendly sofas or our guests may be found snuggled up close to a woodburner on a chilly winter day, or even under one of the ceiling fans in the heat of summer.

I love to take the time to get to know my doggy guests and the different characters that come my way. They may be quiet and reserved or a bundle of unbridled joy, they all get the time and attention they need to help them settle and enjoy this new environment where they will often learn and grow, further developing their characters and confidence.
The driving force here in caring for your dog. My favourite things are being in the company of dogs, coffee, walking on the forest and getting out on my mountain bike, and my perfect day combines all of these! I have many years of experience with dogs and have been involved with training, agility and scent work and am keen to keep on learning. The training I have undertaken includes: Canine First Aid; Level 3 Professional Daycare and Boarding; Canine Aggression and Rehabilitation; Breed and Predatory Motor Patterns.
Our beloved working cocker spaniel. She is kind, generous, calm and a great positive influence with our doggy guests. She welcomes all of our guests but isn’t intrusive and will let them find their space. She is a calming influence and will gently help set boundaries when needed. She loves to join us out on the forest and her presence will usually give confidence to any of our more anxious guests. She loves having the company of other dogs to brighten her day.
We are passionate about caring for your pet, they will be kept safe, secure, treated with great care and experience a loving home from home during their stay with us. Thank you for trusting them in our care.
